Five Workshop Sessions from 9:45am to 12:30pm & 2:15pm to 4:30pm
Workshops: Loving Stretches (Yoga), Developing Intuition, Devotional Practices, Working with Spirit Guides & Guardians, Nutritional Elements for a Richer WomenÕs Life, Healing Ourselves , Working with Crystals & Stones, Sacred Sounds & Trance Dancing/Sacred Movement, Personal Growth & Discovery through Journaling.
Opening Heart & Mind Meditation at 9:00AM
Luncheon Keynote Speaker, Cat Rocco
Acclaimed Artist, Energy Worker and Professor of Art at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Presentation to encompass Gallery exhibition.

Closing Meditation at 5:15pm - Going Within:Guided Meditative Walk thru the Labyrinth

Pre-Registration (until February 28th) - $30.00 per person
Registration (from March 1 till day of event) - $35.00
The full day of activities includes: five Workshops; Luncheon with Speaker; the final Labyrinth Meditation; and, access to the exhibition, vendors and organizations with booths in the Church Sanctuary.
